During these times, it is fun to learn new things. This time, it’s all about fermentation. You get to watch something happened and eat it later 🤣

Hope everything turns out nice. I’m thinking about letting this go for at least three weeks.

Trying out my hand at fermenting.
I’m going to trying a couple methods with mash and salt water brine. Seems easy enough with some attention to detail as far as cleanliness.
Also testing out different mixes of peppers. And I tell you what, the fresh smell of peppers in my kitchen right now is amazing 😍🤣
